Trumansburg Road is also known as Route 96. If coming from Ithaca, head north on 96. After about 4 miles, you will pass the Antique Center on your right (just past Wilkins and Krums Corners Road). Look for my address on the left – about another .5 miles. There is a sign “Linna Dolph Art Studio.”
If you are coming from the north, I am about 4.5 miles after Trumansburg, on the right!
ARTIST STATEMENT
I am a self-taught artist. My primary medium is stained glass with which I create sculptural work that is comprised of glass, metals, stone and a vast variety of found items. The themes in my work include abstracts, landscapes and geometrics. I use the vibrancy, color and texture that is innate in glass as the foundation for my pieces. The found items embellish them while metals offer dimension and structure. I approach my pieces with the feeling of a painter only instead of painting with paint, I paint with glass.
